Yes. We send an email reminder a week before the appointment and another the day before, and the patient can confirm they're coming, or let the clinic know they can't make it, straight from the email. SMS reminders are available as an add-on.

Yes. When you record a cleaning in the odontogram, the next check-up is set for 6 months later (3 after a deep cleaning), and you can change the months per treatment. About two weeks before, the patient gets a reminder by email, or by SMS if you have credit, with a link to ask for an appointment, and check-ups that fall due without an appointment go on a list to call.

Yes. You send them a link by email or WhatsApp; the patient confirms their date of birth, reads the document on their phone and signs it with their finger. You get a PDF with a record of the signature (date and time, how they were identified and the document's fingerprint) and the patient keeps a copy. Quotes can be accepted by signing in the same way, and patients can fill in their health questionnaire from home too.

Yes, in the SEPA format: probing depth and gingival margin at the six sites of every tooth, bleeding, plaque, suppuration, furcations, mobility, gingival width and implants. It works out the attachment level and the plaque, bleeding and pocket indices, compares each examination with the previous one and gives it as a PDF for the patient. It is included in the €50.

Yes, private paper prescriptions with the pad from your Spanish dental college: you download it as XML from its website, upload it to tuuth, and each prescription comes out with its number and verification code, with the pharmacy part and the patient part, ready to sign. It is for clinics in Spain.

Yes. tuuth registers every invoice with the Spanish tax authority the moment you issue it, with its chained hash and the validation QR code printed on the PDF. Under current law it becomes mandatory on 1 January 2027 for companies and on 1 July 2027 for self-employed people and professionals, although the Spanish Ministry of Finance has announced that it will postpone it until October 2028.

Yes. tuuth includes the working-time record required by Spanish law (RD-ley 8/2019): everyone clocks in and out and records their breaks, and you can download the monthly report as a PDF. You can also give someone access just for clocking in and out, without them seeing patients or any other clinic data.

Yes. tuuth works in any browser, on any device — computer, tablet or phone — with nothing to install.

Yes. tuuth is available to clinics in any country: you choose your country, time zone and currency, and invoices, quotes and payments come out in pounds, dollars, pesos or whatever currency you use. It is available in English, Spanish, Catalan, Basque and Galician, and the price is the same, €50 a month. Anything that depends on Spanish bodies — VeriFactu, prescriptions with the dental college pad and tuuth up to date — is only for clinics in Spain.
